Stack & Nest Containers

Mailbox manufacture and supply a range of stack & nest containers are designed to stack when they are in use and nest inside each other when they are empty.

This space saving feature means this range are ideal for use as Return Trip Packaging as when nested on the return trip they can nest up to 50% of their total volume. There are three methods of stack/nest containers

  • 180 degree stack nest containers
  • Stack Nesting containers with Rods
  • Stack Nesting using Lids (including Attached Lid Containers)

Mailbox offer all designs and in a variety of sizes including 180 degree bi-colour, euro size stack nest and non-euro sized stack nest to suit many applications. These can be supplied in many configurations including solid stack nest containers & perforated stack nest containers with the most comprehensive range of colour options.

Other features include labelling areas, permanent die-stamping locations, hand grips or hand-holes to give you a container that suits your requirement. Also these stack nest containers are manufactured from high quality virgin materials so they are suitable for food contact.
